Welcome to Escobar Kitchen. By visiting our restaurant locations, placing an order, using our website, or interacting with any of our digital services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. About Escobar Kitchen

Escobar Kitchen is a restaurant group operating multiple locations in the Orlando, Florida area. We offer dine-in, takeout, and catering services. All operations are conducted in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

2. Use of Our Services

Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

• You may not misrepresent your identity when placing orders or making reservations.
• You may not use our platforms to distribute spam, malware, or unauthorized commercial solicitations.
• You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website or digital systems.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All menu prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices listed online or in-store reflect current offerings and may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of items.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash where applicable. For catering orders, a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance.

Online and app orders. Orders placed in The Escobar Kitchen mobile app, or through our online ordering pages for Downtown Orlando and Lake Nona, are governed by our App Terms of Use (including pickup, cancellations and refunds) and our App Privacy Policy. Online orders for our Hunters Creek location, gift cards and delivery orders are placed with third-party services (such as Toast and Uber Eats) and are subject to their own terms.

4. Reservations & Cancellations

Walk-ins are welcome at all Escobar Kitchen locations. For large party reservations or private events, please contact us in advance. We ask that cancellations be communicated as soon as possible to allow us to accommodate other guests. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to accept future reservations.

5. Food Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

Escobar Kitchen makes every effort to accommodate dietary needs and allergy requests. However, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, eggs, and soy. Cross-contamination is possible. We strongly encourage guests with severe allergies to speak directly with a manager before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Consumer advisory. We serve sushi, sashimi, nigiri, poke and other items that are raw or undercooked, or that may contain raw or undercooked ingredients. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, menu designs, and graphics, is the property of Escobar Kitchen or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website or ordering platforms may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (including delivery platforms, payment processors, or review sites). Escobar Kitchen is not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of these third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escobar Kitchen and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to service delays, order errors, or website downtime. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

9. Modifications to These Terms

Escobar Kitchen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
