How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for the best experience. However, we specialize in last-minute catering and can often accommodate events with as little as 24 hours notice — just call us directly.
What's the minimum guest count?
Our platter drop-offs start at 10 guests. For full-service catering with setup and staff, we typically require a minimum of 25 guests. Private dining events can accommodate as few as 15.
Do you provide setup and cleanup?
Yes! Our Full-Service Experience and Private Dining packages include complete setup, service throughout your event, and full cleanup. Platter Drop packages are delivery-only.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We build custom menus for every event and can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific requirements. Just let us know when you book.
